Matt Langford


Matt first got into fitness to reach his physical and mental peak, to find out what he could become. He was then inspired to share all the knowledge he’s gathered over the years through all his successes and mistakes. When one of his client’s is able to do something they have always wanted but never thought possible, it sparks a joy like no other.

If you’re new to the gym, Matt recommends being patient and spending time on form. Building the mind body connection rather than focusing on the number on the weight is the key to maximising what you get out of your workouts.

Matt trains across a multitude of disciplines and incorporates different lifts, workout structures and methodologies to help his clients move freely and functionally unstoppable as an individual.

Outside of the gym, Matt enjoys hunting down the best burgers, throwing knives and the occasional axe, studying psychology, exploring martial arts and training for the next obstacle course race.
