Michael first started working out in high school to improve his sports performance, but was inspired to become a personal trainer after going through extensive rehabilitation to treat a spinal fracture.
For those new to training, Michael recommends just taking action to start, and the rest will fall into place. “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great”.
Michael’s training style focuses on health and performance to improve all areas of fitness including endurance, strength, power and mobility.
When he’s not busy in the gym, Michael enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, surfing, trail hikes and 4WDing.
