Health and fitness have always been passions of Mick’s, as well as more recently the space of mental health, happiness and wellbeing. Mick followed his passion and now loves how rewarding it is to help make a positive impact in the lives of others.

For those ready to get started with health and fitness, Mick recommends surrounding yourself with people that are knowledgeable, motivating and inspiring. “Listen. Learn. Then do you.”

Mick’s favourite training style is a combination of strength, cardio and HIIT. This style of training ensures his clients gets results, have fun and don’t get bored!

When he’s not busy training his clients in the gym, Mick loves anything outdoors and adventurous, including caravanning, surfing, meditating, travelling and hitting the beach.
