Mikayla has led an active lifestyle from an early age, beginning with playing multiple team sports and running, before falling in love with the gym. What Mikayla most loves about being a trainer is having the ability to help transform someone’s life in a positive way. She says the best part of the job is seeing her clients feel like the best version of themselves.
For those new to fitness, Mikayla advises to focus on implementing daily habits that will help create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that you genuinely enjoy.
Mikayla tailors her training style to suit her clients’ needs but loves to focus on strength and conditioning training.
Her hobbies outside of the gym include going for walks, listening to her favourite podcast and spending way too much money on new activewear.
