After having kids, Mini lost track of her own fitness journey, and decided to go to the gym to get back into a routine. As a trainer, she now loves being able to help others find a routine that works for them as well, so that they can achieve their goals.

To those who want to start their fitness journey, Mini says to remember that you will not see results instantly, and that it’s important to stay consistent in order to see results.

Mini’s training style varies depending on her clients’ goals, but she always ensures her clients know the correct technique by focusing on demonstrations and examples. Mini also loves to push her clients to be their best in every session.

When Mini isn’t in the gym training clients or herself, you can find her spending time with family, going out for coffee and catching up with friends.
