“Dedication over motivation.”
After a period of illness in 2019 and losing 20kg in less than a month, Nadja had no energy and decided she needed to take control of her life again and build healthy habits. She was inspired to increase her knowledge around looking after your body in healthy ways, and craved a positive lifestyle. Nadja now loves helping people on their own journeys and seeing their mental and physical health improve.
For those thinking about getting started on their own health journey, Nadja says it’s all about dedication over motivation. Motivation will come and go, but you need to stay dedicated to get to where you want to go.
Nadja enjoys utilising weight training to get her clients stronger in the gym.
When she’s not busy in the gym, you’ll find Nadja plane watching, hanging out with friends or spending time with her cats.

A cat because they sleep a lot but when it gets to dinner time they appear out of thin air. Just like me.
