Nat has always been active, playing football from a young age before getting into the gym to improve himself. Nat was inspired to become a personal trainer by seeing how far he’d come on his own journey and wanting to help others become the best versions of themselves.
For those wanting advice on starting their own fitness journeys, Nat says simply “Just start and make it fun!”
Nat’s training style focuses on muscle building and fat loss utilising weight training and cardiovascular training.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find Nat playing football or catching up with friends.
