Nesh first got into fitness playing sports and began training regularly to keep healthy. His favourite part of being a trainer is seeing his clients make progress towards their goals and knowing he is making a positive impact on someone else’s life. Nesh loves being able to provide his clients with guidance and support so that he can watch them succeed.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Nesh recommends focusing on what you enjoy, and finding a trainer that can help you balance your lifestyle with your training needs.

Nesh likes to ensure his style is both educational and fun. By combining both, sessions are enjoyable and you leave knowing more than when you arrived.

When not at the gym, Nesh enjoys spending time outside, hanging with family and friends, relaxing with some gaming, or hitting up the pub.
