Nicole Pérez


Nicole grew up in Puerto Rico idolising her bodybuilder father and wanting to be like him. After being bullied, Nicole found lifting weights really helped her with her mental health.

Nicole believes that focusing on a healthier lifestyle helped her with her anxiety and depression, and she now wants to help others implement fitness into their lives to reap the positive rewards. Teaching her clients new techniques and ways to stay on top of their health is very rewarding.

For those that are of unsure of where to start, Nicole recommends getting a coach to avoid injuries and frustrations, and being patient. Good things come to those who wait.

Nicole describes her training style as using general fitness with a mix of strength training and technique work.

When she’s not in the gym training her clients, Nicole enjoys Olympic Weightlifting and watching anime.
