Nik was always an active kid, competing in Athletica and Karate nationally. He later tried out the gym and found his real passion for fitness. Nik now loves helping others succeed on their own fitness journeys and reach their goals.

If you’re new to the gym, Nik recommends talking to a personal trainer to take the stress out of starting. Finding a friend to workout with is also a great motivator.

Nik’s training style focuses on the correct exercise selection to compliment his clients’ goals – whether that’s strength, mobility, endurance or hypertrophy.

Nik’s hobbies outside of the gym include karate, surfing, camping and spending time outdoors.
