It was when Nikita first started strength training with a trainer at Revo when she was 15 to improve her tennis that she realised her passion for strength and conditioning. After playing College Tennis in the USA and studying Sports and Exercise Science, she turned her passion and attention towards helping others get fit, strong, confident and achieve their goals.

For those new to fitness, Nikita recommends understanding the why to your journey. Once you know your why you can then set goals to align with your why. By doing this you will be more encouraged and motivated to stick with your health and fitness journey. She also suggests mixing up your training to enjoy it, and training with a friend to keep you accountable.

Nikita’s strength and conditioning training style uses weight training, continuous training, plyometrics, interval training and overall performance and functional training to develop all aspects of the body.

Nikita has a lot of hobbies outside of the gym, including tennis, running, cycling, dog training, traveling, chilling at the beach, camping, photography, listening to podcasts, watching sports and reading motivational books.
