Paige was a dancer from a young age, and later joined the gym with friends after finishing high school and immediately fell in love with it. When she first started at the gym, Paige said she didn’t know what she was doing, and this inspired her to want to become a personal trainer so she could help others learn. Paige now finds helping and encouraging people to be their best very fulfilling.
For those thinking about getting started in the gym, Paige says start now and you’ll see results one day earlier than if you start tomorrow.
Paige describes her training style as progressive strength training with a hint of cardio.
