Reid Polak

Reid first got into fitness through AFL development programs and enjoys not only seeing the physical improvements fitness can make to the body, but also the mental improvements. Now as a personal trainer, he likes having the ability to be a part of someone’s weekly routine, passing on his knowledge and building friendships with clients.

For those considering starting out on their own fitness journeys, Reid says “Just start”. Don’t wait for the perfect moment.

Reid loves training for hypertrophy and strength gain. He’s also a fan of supersets and full body workouts, and also implements some sport specific training in also where it suits his clients.

When he’s not busy in the gym, you’ll find Reid playing AFL, golf, cycling listening to music or watching movies.

Tiger, they can sleep up to 18 hours in a day.

Hip Thrust or Dumbbell Bench Press.
