Rodrigo discovered his passion for health and fitness whilst studying Physical Education in Brazil. He was inspired to pursue a career in training as he loved helping people become happier as they incorporated exercise into their lifestyles.

For those looking to kick start their fitness journey, Rodrigo says that consistency is the key to success.

Rodrigo likes to focus on mobility and functionality when training his clients in order to translate to activities beyond the workout and improve the body’s ability to work efficiently.

When not at the gym, you can find Rodrigo at the beach searching for the perfect wave.
