After committing to become the healthier version of himself, Romeo lost just under 20kg, and completely changed his mindset and how he felt within himself in the process. This life change inspired Romeo to help others do the same. His favourite part of being a trainer is helping people make healthy and positive changes that eventuate in them having more energy, more confidence and a more positive outlook on life.

For those starting out in fitness, Romeo advises to focus on all aspects of your habits, from your movement to your eating to your mindset, as they all add up and impact your journey.

Romeo’s training style focuses on functional training methods and adding in lots of compound movements. In doing so, Romeo can provide a workout that is both time-efficient and provides his clients with fundamental movement that go beyond a workout.

When not at the gym you can catch Romeo having a hit of tennis, whether that be training with his coach or playing at his weekly competition. In his down time, Romeo also enjoys watching rugby league.
