“Keep improving.”

Sean has always been into fitness, having played sports since he was 5 years old and joining the gym at 16. Sean enjoyed helping his friends achieve great results and took the next step forward from there to become a trainer so he could help even more people.

For those starting out on their own fitness journeys, Sean’s advice is to keep going through all of the struggles and keep improving. It’ll be worth it in the end.

Sean describes his training style as “intense but effective”, and enjoys helping his clients reach their potential in the gym.

When he’s not busy training his clients, you’ll find Sean hanging at the movies, beach, cafes or restaurants.
