Sera has always loved sport and running, and fell in love with weight training in her late twenties. As a busy mum, she feels it gives her energy and mental clarity. Sera now enjoys assisting others to achieve their best and strongest selves at the gym.

For those thinking about kickstarting their fitness journeys, Sera says “Just show up! Working out boosts your mood, and health and fitness will become a lifestyle you will love."

Sera uses a varied approach to her training, including a mix of weight training, functional fitness, HIIT and cardio.

Outside of the gym, Sera’s hobbies include hiking, yoga, reading, and listening to music and podcasts.
