Sera has always lived an active lifestyle and has found the benefits of her favourite activities such as weightlifting and swimming are able give her more energy. As a trainer, Sera is passionate about assisting others to enjoy strength training and to stay focused at gym.

Sera uses strength and functional training, with an emphasis on core, mobility and balance.
Outside of the gym, Sera’s hobbies include dancing, swimming, hiking, and listening to music and podcasts.
