Shania has always been into sport from a young age, including dancing, competitive swimming and netball. After joining a gym, she employed the services of a coach who encouraged her to compete in bodybuilding, and it has become both her passion and hobby. Shania now loves helping others believe in themselves and achieve their goals.
Having experienced low self esteem herself, Shania understands that with dedication and help from a trainer you can achieve more than you could have hoped for at the beginning. For those new to fitness, Shania says to be consistent and the results will happen.
Shania tailors her training styles and programs to suit each individual’s abilities.
When she’s not busy training her clients, Shania enjoys going for walks along the beach with her puppy, followed by a nice breakfast.
