Steven Whitfield

Steven got his first gym membership at 16 year’s old after being inspired by famous bodybuilders, and hasn’t looked back since. He now loves passing on his knowledge and habits to his clients, and seeing them change their lives completely for the better through fitness and weight lifting.

For those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys or take their training to the next level, Steven recommends seeking help. Don't try to do everything yourself when you can learn from a trainer. This will save time, help to avoid injuries and fast track progression. Have a plan in place, a strong goal in mind and show up every time.

Steven loves utilising compound lifts to improve strength and muscle hypertrophy by training muscles and joints from all different movements patterns (such as horizontal/vertical push/pull & knee flexion/hip hinge exercises). Steven is big on tracking progression and aims to help make his clients strong.

Steven's hobbies include MMA & Muay Thai, as well as spending time with his partner.
