Tony’s passion for fitness started as a teen when he joined a gym in the hope of improving his strength. Over the years he had difficulty finding a coach that was able to help him reach his goals, so he decided to become the coach that he had always looked for in hopes of helping people in similar situations.
Tony’s favourite part of being a trainer is helping people reach their goals and showing them how to have a healthier relationship with their bodies.
For those thinking about kicking off their own fitness journeys, Tony wanted to remind us that every person in the gym is there to improve themselves, and that you deserve your place in the gym!
Tony’s training style is dependent on his client, but he likes to focus on powerlifting, strength, conditioning and technique development.
Tony’s hobbies outside of training consist of motorsport, modifying his car and gaming.

I’m very handy and can usually fix anything that breaks.

A cat, because they can lounge around the house all day.
