Growing up playing many different sports, Tory quickly realised how exercise made him feel better both physically and mentally. Tory felt inspired to use the gym as a daily opportunity to continue to improve how he felt, and help others do the same.

For those just beginning their fitness journeys, Tory advises to make a commitment to yourself, and then follow through with it. In doing so, you will be pushing your body both physically and mentally and will smash goals you never realised you were capable of achieving.

His training style focuses on applying yourself to each exercise fully, rather than just mindlessly completing reps. This allows his clients to derive maximum benefit out of the time they invest.

When not at the gym, Tory can be found practicing Muay Thai, catching up with friends, or simply relaxing.
