Tyla first got into fitness to improve her mental and physical health. She now has a huge passion for the Health and Fitness Industry, and nothing makes her happier than seeing her clients achieve their mental and physical goals.

For anyone thinking about taking the first step towards a healthier version of themselves, Tyla says don’t wait for the “right time” – the right time is today!

Tyla describes her training style as strength and hypertrophy based training. She also enjoys incorporating HIIT every now and then to get the endorphins pumping.

When Tyla gets time off work, she enjoys hanging at the beach, snorkelling and grabbing a coffee.
