Tzewen originally began his fitness journey through cross-country, before integrating weightlifting into his routine. He finds great pleasure in setting and achieving weightlifting goals, and studied Sports Science and Exercise and Health to further immerse himself into his passion for fitness. Tzewen now finds it really rewarding to help others achieve their goals to develop into healthier and more confident individuals through training.
Taking the first step is the most important, and though it may seem overwhelming at the beginning, Tzewen assures that once those new to fitness have started their journey, the rest will fall into place. Set small achievable goals and remain consistent to get great results.
Tzewen takes a holistic approach to training, using a mix of cardio with full-body training sessions focusing on hypertrophy and calisthenics.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find Tzewen playing games, Dungeons and Dragons, building Lego and watching anime. He also loves live music, running with his dogs and heading to the beach for a swim.
