“Keep showing up.”
Violet was always inspired to begin training by her brother, who is a world champion for martial arts, and a professional CrossFit Athlete. In her fitness journey, Violet was able to break boundaries, and achieve goals she never thought possible. It was during this time she realised that she loved being able to discover what she was truly capable of, and wanted to help others do the same. As a trainer, Violet enjoys helping people reach their full potential, saying there is ‘nothing more rewarding’ then doing so.
To those who want to start their fitness journey, Violet says to find something you enjoy doing, so that you keep showing up and stay consistent.
Violet’s training style varies depending on her clients’ goals, but she loves to use a combination of functional fitness, strength and Olympic Weightlifting to challenge her clients.
When Violet isn’t in the gym training clients or herself, you can find her hiking, camping, going for bike rides, playing a bit of basketball or swimming.
