Zac was first introduced to the gym when his friend invited him along for a session, and after that first session he knew training would be a big part of his life forever. Since finishing high school, Zac was feeling lost and training was able to put him onto a path that felt right, and the rest fell into place. As a trainer, Zac loves the idea of pushing his clients to grow every day, both physically and mentally.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Zac says to just start. Although it sounds simple, Zac believes that habit and action further drives your motivation, and before you know it, you’ll be asking yourself ‘why didn’t I start this sooner?”. Zac also believes in the value of having a coach who can guide you towards your goals as well as educating you along the way.
Zac’s training style is focused on empowering individuals through strength training. A big part of Zac’s goals with each client is to help them grow stronger physically, mentally and emotionally.
When he has spare time, Zac loves to fill it with cooking, eating, spending time with mates and hanging out with family.
